Turning Capabilities

We machine custom plastic components on the lathe, including bushings, spacers, flanges, fittings, and threaded parts. Parts are produced for consistent fit and function across a range of industrial applications. We support both one-off jobs and repeat production using materials suited for harsh environments. We regularly work with materials like PTFE (Teflon), Nylon, Delrin, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.
